Join the recognized ICY brand in Kenya. The ministry is established, with a strategy ready for your input to customize it. You can operate independently, while benefitting from our non-profit status and leadership. Regional leadership will enhance growth at ICY. With over 14 years in Kisumu, expanding branches in western Kenya is crucial. Having apostolic leaders in key regions like Nairobi and Mombasa will support localized branches. Being part of ICY allows youth leaders to make decisions autonomously while aligning with our vision and enjoying ministry support.

SOLMK / ICY was birthed in 2010

The first six years were so challenging and discouraging with personal, financial and ministry setbacks that almost caused me to run back to Canada as it did not look like what I had envisioned in my prayers. The ministry bore little fruit and my personal life was in complete turmoil and it is only through the Lord reminding me of so many testimonies in my life of how I got to that point, that I had the determination to carry on.

By the seventh year, we experienced significant growth and development. By 2019, we had over 20 branches and a strong, successful headquarters with committed leadership.

THIS PAST SEASON has been amazing with a momentum of growth I can only attribute to our loving and gracious God. We have so much interest from various Christian youth leaders and pastors, as well as bishops of church ministries who love our ICY brand and how it positively draws in and impacts young people in their teens and twenties.

LOOKING FORWARD, we aim to recruit like-minded leaders nationally and internationally who want to commit taking this youth-focused vision of God’s to all regions of Kenya. The day is coming for me as the vision-bearer and pioneer of this youth ministry to pass the baton to the rightly qualified people.

Amblecote Christian Church of the UK visits us. They have been involved with SOLMK since 2012.
