Rev. Greg Plunkett > Chairman

Greg is an ordained minister who permanently moved from Canada to Kenya in 2010. He founded Seas of Life Missions Kenya and ICY, Integrity Centers for Youth.

He first visited Kenya on a 2-week mission trip in 2001, which greatly impacted him. Greg lives near Kisumu City in Nyamasaria. He has a son, Brandon, with 5 children, and a daughter, Jennica, with 4 children in Canada. His Kenyan wife, Fridah, passed away in May 2024. He also has an adopted son, Kevin in Kisumu.

Brian Kevin Omondi > Treasurer

Brian Omondi has been with SOLMK practically from the beginning. When ICY was formed, Brian aka BK became the first reluctant leader. He had just finished high school and was a neighbour to the ICY compound.

BK has proven to be a godly and faithful servant to this ministry. He began with us not knowing his future and feeling apprehensive about it along with his ability to lead. God promoted him time after time, where he found the means for his university educaton through faith in God and gained his degree in Agri-business from Great Lakes University.

God has used him in so many ways over the years. He now serves as the treasurer of the ministry and practically through the development of a demo farm which will spawn many satellite farms first in broilers and later in rabbits and mushrooms. He is training up others in this field which is so beneficial as there are few opportunities in Kenya.
He has a wife who is our worship leader and a daughter and son.

Dr. Kennedy Hongo > Secretary

Dr. Hongo is a renowned motivational speaker, preacher, missionary, author, and politician with a long career in education. Educated in Business Management, Theology, and Mindset Resetting Education, he has served as Private Secretary to the Governor of Kisumu County and as Senior Director of Social Development. He is married with five children and is a devoted Christian and man of the greatest integrity.

Chrispinus Namachanja

Chris is married to Beatrice, and they have five children. He is the pastor of Kanduyi Seas of Life Church and has worked for the Kenyan government for over 20 years. He started three ICY youth centers and is very active in income-generating projects like brick making. He has built his home, church, and rental housing on his property near Bungoma in Kanduyi. His wife, Beatrice, is a teacher and gospel singer. Chrispinus is the vice-chairman of SOLMK.

Jeremiah ‘George’ Onyango

Pst. George is the dedicated lead pastor for the SOLMK/ICY Headquarters. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience who has the ability to effectively multi-task and ensure that the job is completed successfully. Together with his wife, Winnie, they are raising a family that includes three wonderful children: one daughter and two sons, who bring joy and energy to their home.
